Whether it’s our City staff, or our neighbors (residential and business), or our volunteers in whatever capacity they serve. We are eternally grateful when each one of us adds our own “flair” and “flavor” to make Annapolis the most “fashionable” and “sweetest” place to be—including the constructive criticisms and critiques that help to make our City the best. I am so very excited to be YOUR candidate for Mayor in this great City of ours. I am also humbled and privileged to be given this awesome opportunity and responsibility to continue to serve you in an even greater capacity.
Over the years, I have been bolstered by the outpouring of love that you have shown for my work, and for the confidence that you continue to give me (even as we look toward the days ahead)—whether during my childhood years here in Annapolis, then as I grew into adulthood here, and even up to and including the present time. As Annapolitans, we all have a shared responsibility to continue to make our City the best that it can be—for our residents, businesses, and visitors. No place is perfect because no person is perfect. But as I look all around at our City on a daily basis, I continue to be truly impressed with and blessed by the people that put in the hard work each and every day to make everyone’s lives just a little bit better—work seen, and yes, oftentimes, work unseen.

What is "Annapolis: Spreading the Love..."?
In a world where Love is missing in too many places. Or times when we have overlooked the Love in one another. Then it is time for each one of us to be reminded about how important Love is to all of us. And Love starts right here in our City.

This Heart surrounds our entire City. And each one of our 8 Wards is outlined and delineated, and each Ward is encased within that Heart. And one Hand touches each Ward. There are White Hands and Brown Hands and Black Hands. Two Hands are wearing rings. One Hand is wearing a thumb ring. One Hand has a tattoo. One Hand is wearing a wristwatch. Three Hands are wearing different types of bracelets. And the smaller Hand represents our youth. These Hands represent all of our Hands in each one of our Wards. And we need all Hands to do the work to make sure that herein "Annapolis: Spreading the Love..." can serve as the foundation for and can encompass everything that we do, and it also means different things to different people at different times. Under a Pindell Charles administration, “Annapolis: Spreading the Love..." will serve our City well.
